Operations Manager - Luxury 4* Hotel   Northamptonshire

Our Client is recruiting an Operations Manager for their luxury 4* hotel in Northamptonshire.  This is an opportunity for an experienced Hotel Operations Manager to consolidate their career or for a strong F&B Manager looking for career progression. You will be a hands on Operations Manager who is passionate about the industry and creating an excellent guest experience at all times.

Operations Manager - The Role

• Reporting to the General Manager 
• Assisting the General Manager in all aspects of hotel management 
• Involved in all aspects of Food and Beverage, Reception, Houskeeping etc
• The Operations Manager will manage all heads of department 
• Ensuring high class service standards are maintained and improved 

Operations Manager -The Person

• Already working as an Operations Manager or strong F&B Manager
• Luxury Hotel experience
• Corporate experience is a strong advantage 
• Financially aware and able to manage budgets 
• Strong leader and coach 
• An excellent communicator with colleagues and guests
