Head Chef required for Luxury Hotel in the Cotswolds
Our client based in the Cotswolds is recruiting a Head Chef for their luxury exclusive use country house hotel. This is an opportunity to for an existing and experienced Head Chef who is looking for a new challenge in a busy environment. Working as part of a talented team you will prepare fresh, seasonal meals offering a bespoke menu for guests with no weddings or conferencing. You will use locally sourced ingredients and produce from the estate. The role is 48 hours a week over 5 days.

The Role
Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of kitchen management. This is a key role within the management team and you will need to be a good communicator with the General Manager and colleagues.
- Effective Management and Development of your brigade
- Preparing 2AA rosette level standard restaurant food
- Management of GP and stock control
- Maintaining excellent standards of hygiene and cleaning schedules
The Person
You will already be a Head Chef capable of running a busy kitchen in a luxury Hotel or restaurant. You will work closely with the General Manager and the rest of the management team so will need excellent communication skills.
- Strong Kitchen Manager as well as Chef
- Passion for creating seasonal menus and using seasonal, local produce
- Strong understanding of kitchen finances and procedures
- Excellent communicator and good at motivating teams
