F&B Assistant - Country Hotel & Restaurant

Our client is recruiting a Food & Beverage Assistant or Waiting person for their award winning country hotel. The business is all about offering great, all fresh food, and great drinks to their customers. They are looking for a confident and personable person with good all round Bar & Restaurant skills. This is a hands on role so you will interact with customers on a daily basis.

The Role

• Serving Food & Beverages to Customers
• Workig 5 days a week
• Full Time position
• Ensuring cleanliness and hygiene of Restaurant Areas

The Person

• Outgoing friendly and professional
• Already working in F&B role
• Good knowledge of standards
• Ability to offer a friendly and relaxed service even when busy

Salary & Benefits

• Salary to £11.75 rising to 12.25 in April
• Tips worth 3k per year
• Live in if required though local candidates prefered
• Meals on duty
