Events Operations Manager

Our client based at this luxury hotel near Ascot & Sunningdale is recruiting an Events Manager to help assist and run high end events and weddings at this luxury venue. This is a hands on role which will include serving and interacting with guests so excellent inter-personal and service skills  are required.

The Role

• Planning events in line with the Event Sheet
• Managing team members  
• Discussing the format of the event or meeting
• Coordinating  with kitchen and other departments
• Supervising & Running the event on the day

The Person

• Already working in a meeting and events department or restaurant at 4 or 5* hotel
• Excelent inter-personal skills
• Aware of business and upselling skills
• Leads and Mentors junior team members
