- Responsible for the restaurant along with Bar & Terrace function
- Managing each service
- Training development of the team is very important
- Welcoming and greeting all diners
- This is a floor based based role with minimal paperwork

- You will have an outgoing, friendly and welcoming personality
- Experience of AA Rosette standards and 4-5* hotel market
- Energetic and a team leader
- Personal Licence holder preferable
- Outstanding trainer and coach
- Good wine and spirit knowledge
