Excellent Opportunity at Great Hotel
Our client based near Stratford Upon Avon, is recruiting a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef for their stylish property. This is an opportunity for a talented Chef who is looking for a new challenge. The property has an excellent reputation for its food and service standards and has a AA rosette awarded restaurant. The Head Chef is looking for a Junior Sous Chef who can assist in delivering meals for Fine Dining, Banqueting and Room Service.
The Role
* Management and Development of brigade in Head Chefs absence
* Ability to deliver modern 1-2AA rosette standard food
* Good Team Player & Motivator
The Person
* You will already be a Jr Sous or strong CDP wanting to step up
* Able to work unsupervised and develop junior team members
* Have experience of working at 1-2AA rosette kitchen
* Ambitious and career orientated
Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary to £21k d.o.e
Meals on duty
28 days holiday
